What can I say? I love rice! Whether its white rice, brown rice, coconut rice, or jasmine rice, I love it. Its so nice to put it on the stove, go on a run, and serve it with dinner. One of the best parts about it is that it goes with everything, and it doesn't go bad right away. It is definitely better than butter and pasta, but not as good as cauliflower and spinach. If you want to loose weight, but you aren't ready to give up good tasting foods, don't throw out rice! Like all foods there is an unhealthy way to eat rice, but that doesn't mean you have to. Some of the best recipes are the healthiest
